Grenadier Spotted

Saw an all black wagon this afternoon, aftermarket black wheels. Corner of 1-10 and 99 in Mont Belvieu

I look it as the company (multi collar and co) needed a vehicle and they used what they had or found or rented. Did they reach out to Ineos prior to the shoot? Who knows but I like the exposure. Now if that collared sport coat guy snubs his nose at us that do not wear them but drive the same truck so be it. I like my truck regardless of if I fit a target or not.

I know Land Rover corp snubbed their noses at Defender owners.

GM snubbed their noses Hummer owners. Heck even some dealers were talking customers out of buying Hummers (H1) to instead buy H2's. lol. That isn't a knock on the H2 but a knock on a salesperson selling a truck that costs half as much.
IA are going after sales and the people who can afford to purchase. The minority that care about solid axles will likely know of the Grenadier or will be easy to target. If you want to grow a business, you also need to target the affluent who require image over strength.
Ultimately, all sales are appreciated and help with sales that maintain and grow the brand.
We may laugh and poke fun at anyone who doesn't use their Grenadier as 'we' have decided it has to be used, but the ones we are laughing at are the ones keeping the brand going. Someone like me who bought with the intention to make it last 20 years isn't keeping them afloat.
Either way, it's good to laugh at each other, as long as you don't get upset when you get laughed at too.
