Just remember as the price goes up the federal government takes more in excise and GST, multiplying the underlying price increase. These greedy sods obstinately refuse to cut excise. The government get more $ per litre than the drillers, refiners, petrol companies and servos -you know the people who actually bring you the fuel.
The GST is even put on the fuel excise, so a tax on a tax.
Call out the grifters.
