I don’t think they installed the suspension. Just tow bar and hitch. Not sure about wiring either. Strange surprise.
Any idea why or was it a mistake and meant to be on someone else's vehicle?
It is if you select it at build - but the dealers were finally able to install everything post delivery if you didn’t option it in - a few of us compared dealer quotes and we all got numbers in the range I cited. High load power units like mine were in that $4k+ range.
Well - for early deliveries with the tow package, the dealers didn’t have the hitches so they installed those later. Maybe you had the tow package and didn’t know it, and they hadn’t done the receiver, yet?
I absolutely did not order mine with the tow package.
Did it already have the trailer wiring plug? If so, you had the trailer package, whether you selected it or not. Here’s mine - no trailer package, but I did get the high load with NATO plug option, and had the dealer add just the receiver after delivery (just for my MTB rack). The blank to the right of the receiver - that spot is how you would know. You can see the NATO plug to the left, and it’s just a blank on the right.
What year is your truck. I believe MY25 NAS the hitch is standard.
I picked mine up Dec 2023. 2024 model year.
