Now this TSB is interesting and possibly very relevant for my vehicle.

Not the standard condensation, wrapping the pipes, approach. Requires removal of the HVAC to ensure a pipe is sealed properly. 6.5 hrs work (none trivial).

Not sure how I missed this. I shall pursue.

I had this done during the winter. Will see if it worked.

I’ve had everything else done to mine that has been suggested as a fix o the forum - including the coolant top up. I did still have one instance where the footwell still had water seep in - very small amount but my wife noticed and moved her handbag straight away - thought it was strange but as a once off I figured I could live with it, bit wit this bulletin I’m thinking this might well be the thing that is causing the last of the water condensation. Will talk to the dealer and see if he can get approval for the 6.5 hours of work to do this.
