Saw some chap from Carlisle named Paul Henderson received his Donny Grey Grenny today. We need to get this guy on this forum to start sharing the details.

That's Tim and David unloading it. Bet it is their demonstrator.
They guy in the middle pic posted a whole bunch of other pics saying it’s his vehicle. Showed video of the wipers and stating no issue there.

He wont get it till March as a handover.
He might be sitting it but there are quite a few like this.
Customer cars at UK dealerships, (i know of 6 or so), but IA have refused any handovers before March.
Still positive news.
I believe there will be a number of further deliveries in the next week or so, all in the same boat, including Sir Jim Ratcliffs (Field Master).

The gentleman said he has the option to register next week or wait for March 1 for new registration tags. Not sure what that means in the UK.

If registered in Feb the car effectively becomes 1 year old on March the 1st . Can alter the secondhand value of the car but shouldn't be a problem with a Grenadier 1st edition.

By the time it is PDI-ed it would be foolish not to wait till 1st March.
That makes it a year 23 car. If registered in February it is seen as a year 22 car.
Plates in the UK are changes twice a year (March and September). They used to be changed only once per year in August and that made a significant difference to their value. It was changed to twice to help the car industry as sales went dead waiting for the plates to change to the new registration
