Hello all, I was one of the original forum members but did not pick up a new grenadier when I had the chance originally. A few twists in the road later I finally pulled the trigger and got my new 2026 Magic Mushroom Trailmaster this Wednesday from the new dealer in Roseville, CA. I took her out for a drive over Monitor Pass (Hwy 89) today with the dogs and thoroughly enjoyed it. G;ad to finally be a real member, and look forward to outfitting the vehicle to allow for some great off-roading and overlanding.

At this stage I have ordered the following upgrades, soon to be installed::)

Agile Offroad Rock sliders Steel
Agile Offroad BD80 Lights replacement
Grenadiers overhead storage console
Melville and Moon seat covers (Being from South Africa, had to do it:D
Trekker Floor Mats

I plan on adding a winch, bull bars and a roof rack as the next additions.

I just signed up for Grenadier gathering West in Moab and am looking forward to doing some great trails around that area. I have done Schaffer trail on my bike and a few other trails.

Just enjoy the experience and Ignore the Negative comments and I promise you’ll never regret your decision. I knew what I was buying and expected some obstacles, but I’ve never looked back.
I would buy another one tomorrow . I’m actually considering adding a Quartermaster to our fleet.

Hi Mark, very cool.
I as born in Reno, live in Colorado, but plan to be in the Reno area for a week in September.
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires make a big differnece.
Go get dirty and have fun!
You will have a great time in Moab.

Hey Brad, I am looking forward to it. The car came with 18" steelies for some reason, was considering going to 17" and was thinking Mickey Thompsons. If I stay stock suspension, what tire size would you recommend without rubbing etc.

Do a search on the forum, lots of threads on 18" and 17" tires that every loves. Occasionally some 17" steelies for sale when folks upgrade to bead lockers. Let me check with a friend here in Colorado, I think he has a set in his garage. The MT 255/85/17 do not rub, and are great in the snow. If we ever get any more snow....
