Vehicle started to exhibit this faint buzzing sound while accelerating.

As soon as I left off the accelerator, the sound ceases.

If I have music moderately loud, or if I'm holding conversation I can't hear it. In all other situations, I can hear the buzzing.

Sounds like it's coming from within the center console... but we know how sound travels in unexpected ways..

Anyone faced similar sound?

Have you checked your CV boot. This is more or less the sound the CV makes when it goes dry. And it does it while accelerating or under power.

Thanks. Just checked. No sign of boots tearing in the front shaft

I should add.. the sound is fairly small.. almost like two pieces of plastics are barely touching and oscillating against one another from the driveline vibration…
