Very likely as that is more or less what NFU Mutual assessed the market value as.

Yeah. I think if somebody managed to buy it for £20k, spend £10k on it and might have a nice Grenadier for a fairly low cost and might even be able to flip it for a profit.

@scottyboy436 has found my old Grenadier on EBay. Based on the advertisement, don't buy it; too much bullshit.

The engine was hydrolocked and the video from the salvage dealer showed it running like an old 200Tdi. The insurance company was prepared to authorise an engine change, so treat the description with skepticism. Check the engine number very carefully!

Dude - that is an AWESOME idea. A whole “Fix Nick” thread where we bloviate and opine about what he needs to do about whatever issues he encounters.
