Ok, figured it out. Got to have my girl in the backseat, so she can rest her chin on my shoulder, and I can pet her as we go.....

This is Buster. My wife and I got him for her recently widowed father. He rides nicely in the Grenadier… as soon as he climbs out of the cargo area and onto the backseat.

The bump on the head. They hurt like he’ll be careful My Ruby has a ridge and she uses it to her advantage. She’s supposed to be a poodle, but I think she’s part goat.
