Diabolical Upper Shelf by Agile installed

Hi all,
I bought the Diabolical Upper Deck a week ago from Agile and they happen to have it in stock. The shipping was so fast it surprised me and I went to install it yesterday. There were no "real" instructions, just a video starring the head of Diabolical, Alan. For the most part it was pretty straight forward but the video was older and they had made some changes. I did it as best I could but I couldn't figure out one part so I called them. Alan picked up! I told him my issue and he FaceTimed me to go over the install. He then spent the next 15 minutes ":showing" me around the facility and talking about upcoming products. If they didn't have a life-long customer before, they do now. So far the rack is rattle free and holds stuff, that's all I really ask of a shelf, but I'm really impressed by the company.

Agree. I have their complete drawer and the mid-deck with risers. The mid-self took trip around the country a couple times, not fault of Diabolical (sorry FedEx) and dealing with Alan and his wife was a pleasure.

Excited for new Diabolical products!
