I'm looking to install an ARB compressor under the second row seat in the open space aft of the auxiliary battery. I could've sworn I'd seen one from one of the vendors, but I can seem to find it again.

I have an ARB dual compressor that I want to repurpose from another previous build. It is the old style, not the brushless model in case that matters.

If I can't buy one, I'll make something. My bracket work never compares to the pro level stuff though.

Thanks for any tips or pointers.

I have extracted the heading from the AU list and it includes some US options:

AIR COMPRESSOR BRACKETS
  1. OWL under seat twin ARB Air Compressor mounting kit. The Kit comes in LHD and RHD versions, brackets only or brackets with a supplied the ARB twin air compressor. ***WARNING:*** the new brushless ARB twin air compressors, when using the Owl under seat mount DOES NOT FIT UNDER THE SEAT. It is not known if the same problem arises with other brand under seat brackets, look here;
  2. Agile Offroad under seat ARB Twin Compressor Mount here, thanks @CrazyOldMan;
  3. XHQ rear twin air compressor mounting kit (with compressor) here;
  4. XSPEC under seat twin ARB Twin Compressor Mount Kit here,
  5. Black Sheep Innovations rear twin ARB Air Compressor mounting bracket here;
  6. Signature Offroad ARB Compressor Kit here;
  7. Custom bracket (rear) from ORS with ORS Drawers, look here;
  8. SINGLE ARB Compressor Bracket (under rear seat) from EURO FLO Expedition Equipment here;
  9. SINGLE ARB Compressor Bracket (replaces OEM Jack) from EURO FLO Expedition Equipment here;
  10. SINGLE ARB air compressor can be fitted to a rear roof shelf;
  11. SINGLE CAtuned Off-Road Custom Grenadier TJM Air Compressor and Bracket here; and
  12. AIR COMPRESSOR ACCESSORIES - MUTLI-TYRE INFLATE OR DEFLATE SYSTEMS look here.

I looked at each of these links and I don't see one for under the second row seat. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. I'm keeping the first row under seat for first aid and tools.

You are right, only single for the rear seat - Euro Flo from Australia. I don't have rear seats!

Only other options l know of are in rear of the cargo area, like Black Sheep and XHQ. Some owners have installed the compressor in the storage bin in the rear tire.

That must've been the one I'd run across. Thank you!
Maybe check with Agile I am fairly certain that's for a single compressor. They make an under seat option for dual (I just installed it's very easy) but you'd have to see if they would sell you just bracket and wiring harness if you want theirs. Owl on the other hand will sell you just bracket and you reuse the stock ARB harness but the wiring isn't quite as good as Agile option. Agile modifies the harness to include a relay and a trigger so you can only run the compressor when the engine is running.

I recently installed an Agile on-board air compressor kit (Part #: AGA3001) under the rear seat of my Fieldmaster. My particular vehicle doesn’t have the secondary battery or additional “Littlefuse” bus bar box under the right rear seat so I thought I’d include some tips I learned during the install.

It seems the Agile kit is pre-wired primarily for the Trialmaster so if you are installing one on the Fieldmaster w/o additional secondary battery you’ll need to extend the main 12V B+ lead to reach over to the drivers side “Littelfuse” bus bar. I did bring this difference up with Agile directly and to their credit they got back to me almost immediately and sent a completed wire extension I could splice into the loom to reach the drivers side bus bar.

I suspect they’ll modify their install instructions to account for some of the wiring differences between the Fieldmaster and Trialmaster and perhaps include an optional lead extension in the kit? The wiring is straight forward but I added some labels to the loom for future reference and if at some point another person is working on the vehicle wiring it’ll provide them some breadcrumbs so-to-speak.

Other than the above installation was a breeze as the kit is very well thought out and everything is ready to go out of the box. I did modify my installation slightly and used a couple of parts from ARB accessories catalog (Universal Switch Mount and .5M stainless steel hose) to place the ARB power switch and air hose connection in a difference location next to the air pump. I preferred it’s recessed design which protects the switch from accidentally being turned on and offers a little more protection for the air connection.

One last little learning, if you don’t want the ARB switch to be permanently backlit when the ignition key is on you can unplug the wire from “Pin 7” on the back of the switch so the ARB switch only lights up when you actually switch it on. I preferred this configuration so if I see a light I know I’ve accidentally left it on as a reminder to turn it back off.
