Center of headline cable pull?

Has anyone pulled a cable down the middle of the headline from the switch panel to the door latch area? I would really like to run the cable down the middle for the rear Wolfbox camera and not around the side. I thought it would be a straight pass through but there seems to be obstructions... Feedback appreciated.

I got it finally with a flat stiff cable pull right down the middle.

I taped the cable to the end of a folding rule. Works great!

As someone who has installed the Wolfbox recently, why do you prefer to route down the middle? Just curious. Where did you mount the camera?

I ran the cable down the middle. I used a fiberglass cable snake to run a string, pulled the cable with the string, and left a string for future use.

There was a video somewhere where they removed it completely to fit a rooftop conversion. You might get some info from that?

No real reason other than I thought it would be easier at first so mounted to rear camera in the normal spot on the back door and then routed the cable up and over to the center... then realized it wasn't as easy as I thought... but stuck with it and got it through. It really isn't any better than going around the side.
