Buzzing noise from the rear cargo area.

Has anyone experienced an electronic "buzzing" type noise from the cargo area of the vehicle? When I place my ear against the floor of the cargo area, it sounds like it’s coming from the area right around the passenger side rear tire. It’s lasts about 10 seconds, stops for one second and begins again. It’s not very loud, but noticeable when driving. The sound only occurs when the engine is on.

That would be the drivers side on RHD vehicles, so wouldn't that be the fuel pump?
