Hello,
I am in Stuttgart and just placed my order last month...
Perhaps the catalyst is set to gather once we finally take delivery.
Cheers,
-Thomas

Greetings from the Cologne area from a former Swabian (Rems-Murr-Kreis).

I can hardly imagine that the green state government and the kettle city of Stuttgart will like the Grenadier there, but all the better in the Remstal (our Swabian Tuscany) simply up a vineyard. ?

Thanks for the welcome all! I'll look forward to sharing in the ownership and driving experience!

I recently moved to Germany from the UK where my daily commuter was an EV, so this is a 180 degree change for me. However, like others have posted, I see an opportunity to enjoy the Grenadier exploring the Continent (Allgau, Dolomites, Pyrenees, the beaches of Galicia, etc) unhindered by conditions. And, unlike my previous pattern of swapping into a new vehicle every 3 years or so, I foresee owning the Grenadier for the next 30 years and passing it on to my children. So a different tack, but my wife and I are at that stage in life where we can, perhaps, be a little less practically-minded and embrace some adventurism. Especially when public transport here offers a realistic alternative to defaulting to the car. This has been my calculus - hopefully it plays out and we get to enjoy the Grenadier soon.

Cheers!

-Thomas
