Did they fix it?My air conditioning has stopped working. Have 1165 miles. Has anyone else had this problem ?
It could be a number of things. If its happening so quickly as 60 miles, then its probably the AC not being gassed.I have. I only have 60 miles on mine. It was delivered last Sunday. Blows warm. Very disappointed. Taking vehicle in tomorrow.
At 980 miles, three weeks ago my dealer replaced almost every component under the hood. All three lines were removed and replaced. Oring failure on the compressor. Both shredder valves leaking. Every joint, hoses and connectors were leaking. All repairs were made and pressure tested with dye. It makes me wonder how the factory can allow this to pass inspection. I don't believe their is any quality control. I see a Stellantis in the future. The dealer did do an awesome repair and I am very grateful. On another issue, I couldn't get my roof switches to work. I had the dealer look into it at the same time. They found the factory never connected the wiring into the rear seat fuse panel? What? No quality control. Disappointed however, I still love my truck. I would love to see BMW buy a minority share into INEOS. It could really propel the brand and build trust. So much of the truck is BMW.My air conditioning has stopped working. Have 1165 miles. What more than the engine? So much of the truck is BMW.
Transmission, Infotainment, Computers are all BMW. Software is done through BMW. It is undeniable. What more than the engine?
Infotainment is bespoke Neusoft.Transmission, Infotainment, Computers are all BMW. Software is done through BMW. It is undeniable.
The transmission is ZF Friedrichshafen, not BMW.Transmission, Infotainment, Computers are all BMW. Software is done through BMW. It is undeniable.
Transmission is just as much BMW as it is Audi or Stellantis... it is a ZF 8HP, same as plenty of other manufacturers use. The ratios and calibration are bespoke to the Ineos applicationTransmission
It was specifically designed to mate with the B58.The transmission is ZF Friedrichshafen, not BMW.
All are viarients. Stellantis ZF came from Mercedes when they has the synergy with Daimler Chrysler. Jeeps were based on the ML series.Transmission is just as much BMW as it is Audi or Stellantis... it is a ZF 8HP, same as plenty of other manufacturers use. The shift knob is ZF... ZF designed it specifically to be use with the 8HP transmission. It became known as a "BMW" shifter because BMW didn't alter ZF's designThe shift knob is BMW unless it has been changed to a Toyota
ZF8HP is a first name that only Elon Musk could come up with. How about Mr Shifter, or just Shifty?Ah so it's proper name is ZF8HP shifter. I'll be sure to correct myself in public from hereon in![]()
