Well 4 months into my trouble free ownership my A/C went out.
No cold air.
It was sudden, as it worked fine the day before.
It makes kind of a hiss sound. Blower works, the light for A/C is on, etc.

Well that didnt last long.

Since the nearest dealer is about 2.5 hours away, Im just going to bring it to my local shop and if its just a refill or a simple fix Ill just pay them and save me the 5 hour round trip drive plus the wait time.
Not worth it.

Probably had just enough gas in the first instance, fingers crossed 🤞

Have them check the tanks and hoses. My A/C got weak quick over summer. It was deemed the plastic weld between the tank upper and lower pieces was crack. And my hose had a pin hole.

My AC has worked perfectly and at 6 months went hot. The dealer needed several days to replace everything under the hood. It was a big job. Compressor and all. You should arrange a loaner car so you are not stuck. Good luck.

Well looks like I better go to the dealer.
I didnt realize the freon is so expensive plus Im thinking there has to be a leak somewhere so 3hrs to the dealer I go.
Fun times.
