70mph driveline vibration

Hey guys, I tried searching this but I can’t find the exact thing.

I have a new (700 miles) 2025 1924 model and I have a driveline vibration that happens from about 68mph to 72mph then starts to go away above that speed. I thought it was the tires at first but I changed the tires and I know they’re balanced well so it’s definitely something with the driveline. Feels like driveshafts and feels more like it’s coming from the rear.

Any input would be helpful. I’d rather not leave at dealer but maybe I will need to.

Thanks

I noticed the same on my Grenadier from day one. I just got used to it.
The Rzeppa joint used by INEOS is as good as you can get for smoothness. However, it’s more likely it’s coming from the front driveshaft.

Drove a diesel fieldmaster today and had the exact same thing. It definitely feels like a transmission thing.

Also when coming to a stop light, twice I had the vibration coming to a standstill ( coming off the motorway ). The dealer, sitting next to me, said 'they all do this, it's just character'.

they all have different characteristics when it comes to NVH.

I have various patterns of sound/vibration from 55mph thru 80mph.

I've been told it's normal NVH. I have a 24.1 grenadier. I've driven loaners that are 24.2 and they seem to be quieter.. Again, likely due to improvements in build or mine was just built on a Friday.

It’s weird because I drove a few other ones. They were all different but one was a 2025 and was pretty quiet . I didn’t drive the one I bought because it was in the showroom. I wish I had. I figure it’s either a drive shaft or the transfer case.

Thoughts on swapping out the front driveshaft? I’m leery of the dealer doing that. I’d rather do it myself but I don’t want to pay for parts.

I honestly would let the dealer do it if you're set on it. Otherwise they could try to void warranty. I stress try. If you ever lift the truck then all bets are off and you should just do it all yourself.
