Meh.....I love my truck, I'm thankful that INEOS ate Trump's tariff - but it has been two and a half months and I still cannot get a clean bill of sale from MileOne INEOS. I traded in my Land Rover Discovery on a 2025 FieldMaster and paid the remaining balance with a personal check. My bill of sale (vehicle sales contract) still states that I have an unpaid balance of over $44K. Nowhere in any of the provided sales documents does it reflect the $44K+ check which has been deposited and cleared by my bank. Anyway, thank goodness that I have the title. AITA? I've addressed this issue no less than four times with the Sales Manager Marc Lasanta and the Client Advisor Matthew Hunter. Honestly, if I had it to do all over again, I wish that I had driven up to PA or NJ to buy my Grenadier.
Later the dealership manager claimed a receipt was issued at the time of payment (This is false).
Later they also claimed that they re-sent it (the receipt) via email for my records (This too is false).
To lie and then double down on the lie
