Well that isn't exactly what the law says it is, by them saying "VOID" Warranty they are in direct violation of the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. You can perform your own maintenance keep receipts of your purchase, they would have to prove you didn't do it to void a warranty. We have protections for this exact scenario. I would be livid if they charged me to do something I already did.

Hi Everyone in Arizona
I wanted to share a greatly positive experience I had this week with having my Trialmaster serviced at Arrowhead Ineos Grenadier in Glendale.
I had heard some negative things about them here regarding their service and was cautious about taking my truck there. But I chose to give them a chance and was not just pleasantly surprised but greatly impressed.

Justin Tran and Josh Francis were just awesome to work with and the service was completed per the cost was as quoted. They loaned me another truck to drive so I could conduct my business while in town They found a nail in the side of my tire and determined that it couldn’t be fixed. Then they replaced it at no cost with one from stock from all of their upgrades for only the labor.
So that’s why I wanted to share my positive experience with the community.
I’m glad they have stepped up and will be loyal to them for my truck service now.

I also agree with this, that team up there ahs been great to deal with. I'm going tomorrow to get a couple seals replaced and have full trust in their service. I also believe they with their current under construction situation have been rock stars in taking care of my requests.

Also had good service from them earlier this month. I had to come in from out of town for the annual service. I was given a loaner and everything was taken care of as promised. They replaced some defective door seals as well. My understanding was that they have a relationship of some type with OwlVans for accessories as well if you need something from them

Justin gets 5-stars, but the policies of the dealership gets ZERO-Stars. I was informed my Grenadier needed a “30k mile service” which included a transmission fluid and filter change as well as brake fluid change. Only to find out this is not the recommendation of the manufacture, but rather a recommendation for the dealership policy. Presumably to make more money for the dealership by inventing service milestones. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I checked the owners manual AFTER approving the work order.

Similar to my experience of them making me pay them to complete the 12k mile service that was previously done, they are making up their own service intervals because they believe they know better than the manufacture.

Arrowhead Ineos really NEEDS some competition in the Arizona market.

We bought ours from there! Dillon took amazing care of us, although we looked all over, we wanted to give Dillon our business. Everyone we have dealt with there has been awesome and gone above and beyond!! Highly recommend them if you are looking!

I have had great experiences with Ineos Arrowhead in Phoenix. Justin has been great to work with. He got my Grenadier in for a few small warrantee electrical issues. I had a 5,000 mile oil change done in California. Justin recommended the differential oil changes at 7500 miles. They needed to keep my Grenny for a few days to complete the software update and the service. Justin loaned me a Quartermaster for the week to drive. It was really helpful and fun to cruise around in style in the QM. I hit traffic on the way up to Phoenix and Justin waited for me to arrive to pick up my car.

There is some difference in opinion over the service intervals, but I follow the dealership recommended intervals. I am going with 5,000 mile oil changes. I've heard that is what BMW recommends for the B58 engine. It differs from Ineos recommendations at 12,000. But oil is the lifeblood of the engine, so why not get it done more frequently?

Ramiro is the director of the dealership and always gives me a big greeting and shout out for all the customization that I have done. I agree they are IG enthusiasts and not just salespeople. Ramiro gave me a spare tire cover, so I now I rep Ineos Arrowhead. It's more discrete than the one I got in San Rafael! Everyone asks me, "what kind of car is that" anyway. So, now I can point to the tire cover!
