Just booked my diesel Fieldmaster in for it's annual service - £665.55. Seems a bit steep, it's only done 3,500 miles! Might check with my local garage for the next one. Has anyone else used a none INEOS agency, ie local garage, for servicing? The local guys always serviced my old Porsche and they were very good.

It all depends on what is being done. Just engine oil and filters or also transmission oils, differential oils,...
Then the costs are relativised.

The killer was the labour cost - over £450 for maybe three to four hours work. Is this fair? Even the service manager said the labour costs were overpriced but he said it had been forced on him from above? Above where? INEOS? I'm going to discuss this with my local repairer to see if he's willing to take on the servicing. The question is whether he can access the parts and software. Here is a rundown of the bill:

Ripped off with over priced parts and labour. Mine £560 which is reasonable but I’ve heard slightly cheaper. Obviously can go Indy with OE parts but you will miss out on service campaigns (which aren’t recalls). There were 3 service campaigns on my first service.

I've just booked in with them for early September. Closest one to me now that Jardines have moved all their servicing from Kent to Essex.

Will give them a go. Will go indy/DIY after 3rd one.

I can see some UK summer holiday break destinations being in locations where there is an Ineos dealer. For Lake District and South Scotland that will mean Lloyd Allroad in Carlisle

Just had mine serviced at Chandlers, Belton. Cost in the UK £485.
At the same time numerous recall items done, plus centring the steering.

Just booked Harwoods for £800 bugger this south/north divide!!

How’s the steering? I have had my steering centred twice by the dealer and it’s still not perfect. It tracks straight, but steering is offset a couple of degrees.
