Steel Wheel 2nd set source?

Looking to do some snow tires and I asked the dealer about new steel wheels so I can just mount and unmount them. They are on backorder. Are there better 3rd party options in steelies? Is the spec for them

I have a set I am willing to part with. Not sure what fair market value is. They would be coming from my warehouse in Dallas.
