source for RHD a pillar trim piece

I'd like access to those mounting threads for the grab handle on that side. I'm a LHD truck.

Are there any Oz or Brit dealers shipping parts to the U S of A?

Expedition HQ ships bull bars stateside, so I'd imagine they are willing to ship a pillar trim...
