New to me IG Trailmaster 08/2023

In the pathfinder page it shows 0 Satellites seen

On the attitude page, pitch and roll continuously says calibrating.

The compass is frozen.

I’ve tried the infotainment reset by holding the mute button until it restarts. Compass reset to N up but not operating. No change to satellites seen

Removed the 20 amp fuse for 30 seconds for hard reset. No change.

I am using an iPhone and CarPlay.

Any ideas on immediate fixes or a visit to the dealer?
 
Do you do a complete reset of the console?

A complete reset of the console is a two stage process. Press the button until one side of screen goes blank, then continue to press the button until the other side goes blank. Only then release the button and a complete reset will occur.

You say new to you. Has it worked at all during your ownership? Can you verify with the seller if it was functioning correctly previously? If it was a private sale then of course they will say yes.
Presumably your iPhone has a GPS signal and you're not parked inside a bomb shelter?

There was an early bug with MY23 ROW vehicles that affected at least the South African and APAC markets. I don't recall it affecting EU delivered vehicles which I assume you have. It was a GPS signal timing issue that would cause symptoms similar to what you describe. The compass was frozen and Pathfinder showed no satellites. It required a software update from Ineos.
I doubt that's what you're seeing because it's quite an old issue, and especially if your GPS has worked previously. Sharing this anyway because it's the only related fault I can recall.
Check the head unit software version and post what you see. Other owners in your market (France?) might verify if you have the latest software version.
 
Have you got a phone or tablet with an app to see if they are picking up satellites at your location? Just to confirm it is an INEOS problem.
