"De Tijd", Flemish newspaper, language is Dutch. Title of newspaper translated: "The Time", in fact "our Financial Times".Fascinating!
What’s your paper btw?
Hope it’s going well for you"De Tijd", Flemish newspaper, language is Dutch. Title of newspaper translated: "The Time", in fact "our Financial Times".
Sounds like theft to me. Poor bugger.A whole page about this in my Financial Newspaper: the old Dutch guy has no family, it was his sole hobby, he got some Alzheimer. They discovered this after a small fire in his garage. Firemen were worried about his strange behavior.
So, there was a first auction for the whole lot, perhaps against the will of the old man, to be able to pay his "old people's home". One car reseller, specialized in Old Timers won the global bid, and now he is making a fortune by selling all the cars separately! The car reseller remembered the man bought a long time ago a car from him, but he didn't know that he had a whole collection.
Exactly what I thought. I hate collectors that would steal from this old guy. Respect what he has done! Sell it for market value and establish a museum in his home town. Do the RIGHT thing. Greed is such a vile thingSounds like theft to me. Poor bugger.
