The baptism of fire for my newly purchased sete green fieldmaster was Brisbane to Melbourne in scorching 36 deg weather along with wife and dog for Christmas with the kids.
All great for 500 klms then the aircon decided to open the heat flaps along with the aircon increasing the cabin temp to a stifling 46 degrees , all adjustments were futile.
Windows down all the way to Newcastle dealer Frazer's, who reset it, then same thing happened in Winton, the stifling interior heat has made it undrivable, we are hoping for cooler weather to get to Melbourne where we hopefully can get ineos to sort it for xmas. Otherwise we are stuck. Can anyone please help and shed some light on this issue?

Likewise bud, aircon flicked back to normal op half an hour ago, just hoping it will stay like that for the dash to Mel.
Mental temperatures increasing consistent with heat--------!

If the in car switches are illuminating but the AC is not cooling then it's possibly just lost gas. I had a similar issue, it either lost gas or never had enough in to start with. If they workshop add a dye when regassing then if it's a leak they may be able to locate it quicker. Hopefully you get it solved asap.

Thanks for the reply, gas was checked at Newcastle dealership, all good.
Heat flaps appear to open and stick whilst air con system is still functioning, mixing cold and hot air, although rear vents blast max temp.
After overnight stop or switch off for a while flaps seem to reset sometimes and it functions ok.
Regards
