    BMW recall to impact Grenadiers and Quartermasters?

    This Article "BMW to recall over 196,000 U.S. vehicles due to engine starter defect" indicates that the Toyota Supra is involved in the recall. The Supra uses the same engine as the Petrol Grenadier/Quartermaster (the B58), so I wonder if this issue impacts our vehicles?

I do like pointing out to owners of smaller engined Mercedes that their car has a Renault engine. (So it is just a Renault Clio at heart,) 🤣 The article suggest they may go BMW instead.

    In-Tire Carrier Jerry Can using OEM BMW 9L Can in Spare Tire.

    Might Ineos partner with BMW to increase dealerships/service centers?

    As someone who's seriously considering the Grenadier but who lives 5 hours drive from the nearest dealer, I'm curious how future access to at least service stations might look. Total speculation on my part, but given how much of the power train is made by BMW, wouldn't it make sense to partner...
