I don't know why, but the other STL here didn't slice well in PRusaSlicer the round part was not continuous around the circumference, it would put a seam on it? Tried it set on Prusa Mini and Mk4, and wanted to do the same.
I re-did the part in TinkerCAD and after optimized the size for standard PrusasSlicer setting for a Mk4. Printed it off in PETG and it seems good. I tried to add some adjustability in it. I didn't figure it out until later, but the upper right screw is a lot longer and would easier to use as the pivot. It works, I might tweak it later to be a bit lower profile and print it out in Nylon so that I can make it thinner.
