Bottom black wires are negative (splice together). White/green next row are positive (splice together). Not shown here but on the JBL harness/connector there is a purple lead middle right that is a remote control lead that is unused in the Grenadier. Top right violet/red and blue/brown speaker signal and top left green/red and yellow/red speaker signal.

I didn't work out which was left and right as I wired pin for pin so not need to do so but some else might know. As for speaker phasing +/- again pin for pin avoids worrying about that.
