G'Day Coullabus - spent virtually my whole career in some form of "medic role" ( military / offshore / overseas / close projection / maritime ) in some interesting places, working predominately alone with little or no medical support - hence " remote medic". Injury sustained in a former life has me forced me into an unexpected unplanned early retirement , which I am slowly adjusting to - so I maybe should change to "retired remote medic" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sounds like you’ve had an exciting and well travelled life! Early retirement was the best thing I ever did - I hope you settle and enjoy yours :)

Keep your eye on the Scottish Grenadiers - we have an occasional face to face meet. Although probably not until the spring.
