While I've owned a number of land rovers, as I've jumped back into off roading with my Grenadier, I've found it helpful to spend 30-40 mins going through this short online reminder course about off roading offered for free by Tread Lightly -

Seems that a number of organizations and trail rides request that you either take this course or adhere to its principles if you access their property.
