I have been documenting my woes in another thread specifically related to leaking into the car. The other issue I had raised with the dealer is condensation drips into the front footwells when using the A/C. Given I live in Hell's Kitchen (Texas) we use that a lot.

Dealer response. Many people have this issue and we have opened a case with Ineos. No known fix is available. We think they may be a retro fit part at some point.

Just writing this in case you have the issue and/or have found a way to rectify it.

Noticed the same water droplets a few days ago in our car so curious to see what the dealer fix for this will be as well.

I have the fogging on the windshield. It’s annoying.

I'm having the same issue. I thought it was another leak in the safari roof but couldn't figure out how the water was getting there.

The work around for this is not to use the full auto setting. Set to manually only blow front facing and/or foot vents. Temperature is still basically auto though. On full auto there is always air blowing onto the windscreen which causes condensation on the outside.

This TSB seems like a fix to an adjacent problem, but not necessarily THE problem we are experiencing. The problem as I have had it explained to me, is not condensate inside the drainage pipe failing to exit the vehicle, but condensation forming on the OUTSIDE of the pipe and then dripping off on to the centre tunnel and into the footwell. My dealer yesterday said they had applied a fix to their own fleet vehicles, but until Ineos publish an official service measure they cannot do anything to properly fix customer vehicles. Twice they have tried sealant and additional foam packing fixes to my car but the problem persists, and after one "fix" even got worse. They say the proper fix is not straightforward or easy and were waiting to see what Ineos come up with short of replacing the entire HVAC heat exchanger assembly with a redesigned one.

External condensation is more than likely the issue and rarer on internal ducting. I have this raised with local agent for inspection but knowing there is no fix for it, I'll wait until I deliver it back for a fix.

I've raised a ticket directly with Ineos in the hope that it will lend weight to the fact that many owners are experiencing this and standing by waiting for them to solve it. I got a reply suggesting I "visit your dealership and have them look at it in more detail" but I responded that we are well past that stage and now need Ineos to just fix it.
