BE THE FIRST TO EXPERIENCE THE INEOS GRENADIER.
The Grenadier is set for one of its toughest challenges yet: your up-close personal inspection. As a close follower of the Grenadier story, we want to give you the opportunity to experience the PTO2 Prototype first-hand.
A 4X4 BUILT ON PURPOSE. ON TEST.
The day you've been waiting for. The one where you get behind the wheel of a Grenadier and drive it yourself. You'll have one of our pro drivers next to you to show you around and answer any questions you have.
If you miss out on this event, don’t worry, we’ll be holding more across the US and Canada in the coming months.
For any questions regarding event bookings, please contact eventsamericas@ineosgrenadier.com

We are hitting the even on our way up from Tucson to hike Havasupai. Was initially doing 330 on wed but didn’t realize we needed to pick up our permits by 5 so just moved it to 1 hopefully.

I was here today.

A couple of quick tidbits:
- Lynn Calder and George Ratcliffe (they called him wonder boy) are in NC today working on final US pricing
- Pricing is scheduled to be released May 17
- Same message that others are hearing for the US: May pricing, June ordering, builds start in Sept with Dec for first deliveries

Impressions:
- Very impressed seeing in person. Looking forward to owning.
- Seemed a bit smaller (but not small) than I imagined, not the height but the width inside and out
- Event was very well run, good group of people
- 2 G-wagon and 2 Bronco owners were there
- Off road course was pretty easy but the IG did very well as expected, no water in the desert
- No noises or creaks. Very solid
- Speed in center is fine, actually easier to see than looking down
- Driver said they had a software update to increase size of the font for speed and gear about 2 weeks ago
- Safari windows are nice. Open up the interior space. Seem to be tinted well. Fun feature.

Colors:
- As many have said, all (except maybe silver) are dark in person than in the configurator
- All looked good. I don't think there is a bad choice
- Donny Grey is black metallic. Some of the grey metallic pictures online are not accurate. It was sunny and a few clouds came by. You had to look close to see the metallic. It is nice but it is basically black
- MM is very nice a more tan than online. Desert storm vibe
- White is cream vs bright white. The black bits show well against it (along with MM and Silver)
- Silver is really nice, industrial/metallic. I didn't see as much of the light blue as some of the pics show. Most of the time it is silver
- Slate blue is really the only medium color. Great looking.
- Red, green and black were not there
- BB looked black walking up to it. Need sun to see the blue.
- DG/Black do have a bit of a G-wagon vibe, especially from the front. Some people are going to confuse the them.
- The lighter colors I think show more of the Grenadier DNA with all the black bits, etc.
- I am still deciding between Donny Gray, Slate Blue and Silver, but leaning heavily towards Silver. Before the event I was leaning heavily towards Donny Gray.

I'm headed north from Tucson for an overnight in Phoenix. I'll do my test drive tomorrow morning. Looking forward to it. Hoping I can get my wife more excited. She likes it, but it's not a "must have" for her, yet.

I’ll be there hopefully by 1130 or so. I got my time moved up to 1 but hopping they can fit me in a little earlier. Very excited to finally see it. Wish the red was there to see in person.

Thanks for the info.

Are you able to elaborate on the software update? I’m not sure how to interpret the comment, thx.

If you have free time, you can try to do a horse ride. Kelly is very nice and accommodating. It’s a super scenic area so that’s a bonus. Also, don’t go there in a sports car, you have to drive 5 miles on a dirt road.48298867-039B-4430-A967-7EC874A723D8.jpeg

Just that they increased the font size of the speed so it is easier to read.

Other info:
  • Brush guard not available in US because they are from another supplier and they saw rusting at the weld points after brushing with brush. Since they guarantee paint for 12 years, they don’t want to include it until the issue is fixed.
  • They expect to see as many accessories or more than available for Tacoma from their SEMA interest. Press x for doubt
  • After May 17, reservation holders get 4 weeks to place an order. After the 4 weeks, they’ll reorganize the orders to match original reservation date.

My impressions:
  • The view and seating position seems exactly like the Jeep
  • The break pedal spring seems to be way too easy. Spring needs to be stiffer.
  • In person, it feels smaller than in pictures.
  • In person, it looks just as good or better than pictures
  • Everyone else is clueless except for Wes
  • The suspension springs are quite soft and nice, riding on rocks was comfy
  • The big difference from the Jeep are better seats and springs, nothing else seems noticeable
  • They have best axle, best seats, best engine-transmission combination, but unknown audio

I just got to stop in Phoenix for lunch after our Grenadier Experience. So glad I insisted my wife drive the first half. She liked it so much she wants one, too. Just can't afford two right now.

I don't have a lot to say more than what was posted above. They said the same thing, May 17, 4 weeks to get the order configured and placed, December deliveries for NA reservation holders. 7000 or so in the queue.

Love the drive, the visibility, seems like a great truck. Sold on MM.
