Stereo Upgrade

Picked up my 2024 from a shop doing the work. Did a compete system intergrated to the stock infotainment system. Wanted things to look factory, did not want to lose cargo space, wanted much better sound quality and imaging.

This system: https://shop.car-u-audio.de/plug-an...m-fuer-ineos-grenadier-und-quartermaster.html was the rabbit hole maker. Nearly went that way, but wanted to keep the under front seat storage and wanted a bit more bass.

Went with:
Helix Compose i7 three ways for the front. 6.5" in the door and mid and tweeter in A pillar pods.
I5 in the rear doors
Match UP8 DSP Amp and Match UP 1 FX for the sub
Trulli TD10 sub

Some pics of the 3D scans, modeling, and finished work. Looks pretty stock and is servicable.

Mine came with the JBL sub, used that location for the amp.

Oh, and having a GlobeGuard was very handy. The shop managed to cause some codes from battery disconnect. They were a bit worried as that's a dealer thing to sort. Was able to clear those on the spot.

Its a Helix Conductor. Basically a master control dial that lets you manage Bluetooth to the stereo directly (bypass the infotainment), adjust the subwoofer gain, adjust the rears gain, master volume, and cycle through presets.

Figured I would share this pic too. Shows what's been needed to cleanly run a wire for the rear facing camera located on the right side rear door. Cable is following factory wiring and routed via the factory housing.

Yeah I'm going to be doing that soon. Haven't pulled the trigger on the Wolfbox yet, but that is about what I expected!
