There appears to be some hints around the forums of a potential Agile Servicing Software solution? Perhaps we use this thread to track along with any new developments? Anyone with information or details please post your findings here as this seems very promising if it works out.

Here is one post I am aware of from @Itsdchz

From page 17 - CREDIT TO @Phobiac for this awesome features list!!

🙏🙏 Thank you for this amazing features list!

Summary of Agile Servicing Software Features

The convenience of being able to toggle codes off in your garage immediately! Seems like my favorite thing is to give AO money in exchange for fun products.

So many pages to this thread, I created the link above that scrapes the thread and then compiles what was said into a few categories. It updates daily in case you come by my post here in the future, hopefully I keep it up and it keeps updating like it is supposed to. Just wanted to see if I could scrape, judge, categorize, post to website, all automatically...we will see.

****UPDATE****
The tool still works offline , you just will not be able to calculate security keys for functions like the TPMS , service reset and coding! So offline mode is available!! DTC’s are readable and resettable offline.

Thank you very much for providing a landing spot for the development of this much necessary product for us Ineos owners.

Definitely there will be much traction coming from this and it will clutter up other forums.

A dedicated thread, will give people a place to ask questions, and see the developments over the next few months.

It’s also a great place for Agile to connect with owners as many are in travels over the next few months. Allowing Agile to help provide beta support for the software and get some people cleared of codes or service reminders, is a win-win. Not to mention TPMS help- and everything else that Agile finds along the way! @Agile1

@Itsdchz , is there anything you can tell us right now? Nacent development, or near ready to release? I think you said in the other thread that it requires a PC and a physical dongle, correct?

New Update was provided last night.
Some of the nice to haves (multi platform, user requests, B58 homebrew IPA option), may come along the way. The goal, is to get this working and out to the masses, and provide continuous improvements.
Questions asked, answers given:

PC, Mac, Linux, Red Hat, python, SQL?

Windows PC - for now- Windows 11, and I think 10 will be ok
Windows laptops are $150-200 new, used less. Doesn’t require much chip power, so el cheap is fine. I cannot confirm or deny how soon they will cross platforms. I have been successful in the past using similar devices on PC emulation on my Mac, but YMMV.

Dongle
USB to OBD, must be wired - for now
Provided with Application purchase by Agile

Internet connection necessary

Most have tethering to smart phones and Starlink. A very moot point in argument against.
The why? Agile will provide license and user authentication upon loading, AND update status. Updates can be downloaded, and installed OTA. This is hugely useful for the necessity of constant updates as new features are unlocked, and feedback from community is provided.
I can attest. This works amazingly well, updates and pinging to server are fast and easy.
This is also useful for on the fly support, that may be necessary at times, as development continues. Theory, but plausible.
They have talked about offline mode. Discussion around that form the consumer may help.

But the support of new features, keep bootleg versions to a minimum and ability to verify license, has some give and take.

Price
I cannot speak to that. John will address. I do know, its affordable and on par with other platform devices.
License for single user model (yes they recognize some have a couple… or more) and Dealer/Service provider license

Things you can do May or may not be included on certain offerings
Service Reminder reset. Ability to lengthen service reminder, or shorten, if you prefer.

Health Scan

Deep Dive Scan for intense look at the data your Ineos stores

TPMS - clone, copy, move, learn

DTC reset

Pro level, or power user, or dealer/service center only - Ability to change values of certain modules that may enhance, or change characteristics for a more user friendly, customized Ineos.

Ability to backup stored data, settings of modules to write back at a later time, should you change a value and have unfavorable results.

Can you brick your ECU? Potentially, should you? Not advised. Just stating the obvious

Thoughts have been suggested that as they learn more on each module and the values, there could be programmed data sets. Most likely though, as the users learn to play with the tool, they may find hidden features turned off by Ineos, or value changes that provide a better suited experience for some. All this is in development, and will progress as more testing occurs.

*****UPDATE FROM POST LATER IN THREAD 06.03.2026 - BETA 3.5 RELEASED, SEE INFO BELOW OR LATER IN THREAD*****
Beta 3.5 was just pushed to Beta Test group (Color choices being addressed for dark mode users)

TPMS-All previous items available: Read, Write, Rotate, Clone - NOW we can set the pressure thresholds (OEM is a tight ~4.3 PSI 😲), and save presets. No more infinite warning message about low or high PSI, as we can customize the thresholds to any value.
TPMS wake up so you can access the TPMS while getting ready to perform functions

Expert Coding - Save your current, read and write a new version, revert to a saved version. Perhaps an offroad weekend mode, Perhaps wife or husband is driving, and you want your Grenadier back quickly, bong them to death. Return it to original OEM version for dealership mode. Infinite possibilities.

(HU) - Toggle switches set to your preference, save configuration. Save multiple. Sound, Bong, Warning, Expert values to some areas within HU. Customization, splash screen…. And maybe even custom warning tones (maybe) - goodbye bong, HELLO Star Wars sounds😘

Service Reset- Preset interval upon reset. Customize and change Date or mileage intervals- and of course RESET

DTC - Read and cross reference the database of NON GENERIC OBD codes. Now your warning will directly correlate to WHERE it is within the INEOS system. You can help diagnose where the issue is, or allow service provider to see the exact module or ECU.

Reset warnings and errors

Scan all modules
Both in quick 15-20 second scan,. and deep dive 100-15 minutes. Read all soft codes, stored codes, warning and historical.

Creat txt and PDF files to send to service provider, to log for records, or sift through for more understanding of your Grenadier and what’s happening.

Just a few of the enhancements

EXPERT CODING FOR TPMS

Disable all TPMS warnings - Set to ON or OFF!!!

Set parameters to presets - Factory Tires, Offroad, Mid and Aggressive - customization based on saved preferences. Great for those with multiple sets, or winter tires.

Customize inflation warnings - Under inflation warning - Severe under inflation warning - Cross-tire delta - Warning/clear Debounce - (it will read and clear errors faster or slower based on more revolution of tire, and if the error is read/gone, how fast it will throw, or clear, the warning light)

Extended Calibration table provided and ability to set Min/Absolute low/threshold parameters, etc - (Videos will be made)

Tires rotated? Control the process of TPMS learning AFTER rotation!

Absolute alert for pressure - Max Pressure Limit - Under inflation limit - Temp Compensation - Over inflation limit
And more- Now YOU have control, and ability to change, experiment, and get rid of annoyances.

@Itsdchz Thanks for sharing what information you have so far. I like the direction and thought being put into this so kudos to Agile. This servicing tool can’t happen soon enough in my opinion.

I am very much a proponent of DIY servicing. No disrespect to the great dealers out there and the support they offer but sometimes it is not convenient or possible to travel to a dealer and having a second or backup option for dealing with diagnostic/servicing issues, some of which can be handle on your own, is hugely beneficial. Plus, it reduces some of the angst and worry of owning such a unique vehicle.

I stopped worrying about that. There are plenty of people who don't want to do their own work. The dealers will stay busy with them.

I'm glad for this. I will be paying for an oil change this week and hopefully it will be out before the next one is due.

Very interested in this, but requiring online log in on each use is a potential dealbreaker for me. I don't have a Windows laptop either, so cross platform support would be helpful.

Great to see this being developed though.

@Itsdchz fyi your license code is logged in the screenshots (not sure it matters).

This is all excellent thank you. Will this be bi-directional? (sorry I might have missed this discussion) e.g. actuate/test various components fans, fuel pumps etc and will it also be for diesel models? cheers

I think the bi directional component could come in time, depending on the adaptation of the product and the support of Agile. Technically, bi directional is there with the ability to read and write TPMS….

i think a hybrid model would be nice, offline for basic clearing of Codes and online for more significant stuff.

What's in vehicle coding? Can you change things?
Lots to be determined
Many changes are easily accomplished.

Some may require multiple value changes in different areas to not cause issues. Still in development. As Agile gains more understanding of each module, more will be possible.

God mode has already been cracked. Agile can remotely drive your Grenadier straight to their shop in Santee, upon signed waiver.

It sounds like a few other owners are having some success with GlobeGuard’s diagnostic tool which is great as they appear to still be adding functionality to it.

With an Agile solution in the works it may be worth holding off on buying any diagnostic tools until we see how Agile’s tool progresses and what feature set it ultimately ends up with once it reaches production level release.

A major selling point will undoubtedly be access to technical support and how easy it will be to keep the tool updated. The details shared so far seem promising so fingers crossed.

If agile can crack the code for save last setting for ADAS as an example or bypass off-road for driving lights, program TPMS I think they will become the best offering out there. The only downside I can see as of now is “when” will it become available. People have been asking for these tools for some time and I’m guessing many are chomping at the proverbial bit to get their hands on something. Fingers crossed they can get the V1 version out to customers sooner than later. Given how so many grenadier owners seem to have unlimited patience for these vehicles I’m sure most will be patient for this development. But for those owners who are remotely located and far from dealerships I think this tool can’t come fast enough.

Agile has much better user interface compared to GlobeGuard. The menu seems to be so easy to access and understand 👍👍👍
