I thought the "Example for illustration purposes:" were the most
laughable amusing.
The 'Hendersons' who were able to fund £7,500 themselves from their sale of their previous home... and borrowed the rest, which will cost them £97 a month for 10 years reducing to £32 a month for the life of their mortgage.
Good old Henty and Harriet Henderson, as they are so financially astue why didn't they see that using that £7,500 to reduce thier mortgage in the beginning was a good idea ?
I love that ScotGov thinks people have £7.5K (in cash) available after a house sale/purchase.
Adam and Kaye Joinery who got an 'estimate' of £150,000 to install thier legally required system .... The way they funded that was creative too especially as after getting a £100,000 10 year loan @ 0% (£834 a month) they were able to "quickly and easily identify a way to borrow the remaining £50,000 on terms that worked for them".
What a cracking business they have .... and who is that generous Bank ?
Just think, if these people had been more clever with their cash they could have bought a Grenny instead of all this 'green' nonsense and continued to pollute the planet with their fossil fuelled 4x4's like the rest of us.
Well done ScotGov, you know how to engage with the population ....
